Emotional Literacy with Emma king

“Building better tomorrows for children and young people by increasing resilience and emotional well-being”.

Nurture Groups / Emotional Literacy Groups

Play and Creative Arts therapy can also be run in small groups. Increasing emotional literacy skills and self awareness in children and young people is vital in ensuring that they are able to control their emotions and develop healthy relationships. Children and young people in these groups also learn to listen, value and support their peers, teaching them vital skills about themselves and communicating with others.
